CARERS WA FREE WORKSHOPS
Everybody's Talking, but Nobody's Listening
Tuesday 29 May 2007
So many carers feel ignored or overlooked when it comes to talking. Everyone focuses on the person they care for and don't always want to hear about how caring affects the carer. This workshop explores the roller-coaster ride of feelings that many carers can experience, including anger, sadness, stress and confusion, and how to deal with them most effectively – for everyone’s sanity!
